[9.000][ANSWERED] Do we have today somehow issues to activate new UTM9 EP ?

Get this one, if I try to activate EP on a new installed UTM9 from actual iso: 


2012:07:15-15:55:24 utm9 confd[6160]: E id="3100" severity="crit" sys="System" sub="confd" name="unknown" user="admin" srcip="192.168.150.102" facility="webadmin" client="webadmin.plx" call="epp_register_asg" msg="No response from SSS." 


Sems, that the SSS service is inaccessible ? The UTM is directly connected to internet, and DNS also works, EP is valid licenced (the 2 default EP's)...

    Doesn´t log good either. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.

    I also have problems with the endpoint security. I installed the client onto a newly installed win7 64bit system, fully patched. I used the full package installer. 
    But the UTM 9 endpoint sec. menu do not show the device the client runs on. 
    The client is direct connected to the UTM 9 and no additional firewall rules are in charge (outgoing : client -> any.prot -> any)

    My UTM 9 epsecd.log shows also connection problems but slightly different than these the threadstarter reported.

    After some additional browsing in the subforum here, I found a similar log file like the one I posted here in this thread.

    Hi,
    my UTM currently displays this message.
    The quote is not quite correct, the 2 computers have been powered on for about 10 minutes. Takes a while for the update process to catchup.

      Sophos LiveConnect is disabled.  2 computers registered out of 2 licensed, 0 computers are currently online.


    Update. Investigation of the log shows similar messages as posted by previous posters occurring for about 3 hours earlier this morning.
    Both PCs have updated and are online, but the UTM EPS shows them as off-line.
