did you check if the site is configured at your UTM at Web Protection » Web Filtering » URL Filtering?

It's not configured anywhere on UTM. I am still seeing this blocked as high risk by the endpoint

That shouldn't be the case(the function not taking effect immediately). Based on the logs, SAV considered the website infected, hence it was blocking it, even though you add it to the authorized list. 

Can you check now, if the site works? I think they might have corrected that problem on their end.

it works now but my question is: since it was set on the "allowed sites" why SAV still checked and blocked it?

Someone spotted that you entered http://isohunt.com and the exclusion was for http://www.isohunt.com. I think that might explain it.

I have performed this via endpoint itself instead via UTM. Do you think that this is not the right way?
