[8.951][ANSWERED] Endpoints showing incorrect user account

Hi All

It seems that endpoint is not able to recognise the user account on a pc. I have a windows 64 client with Guest account enabled. If I turn my pc on and log in using the Guest network, the endpoint summary reports the Guest username (that is correct-attached). However, if I log out that user and login with my normal account the endpoint still "remembers" the old account (guest) and the only way to fix this is to reboot the pc (therefore the UTM will pick up the correct user)

Some info on the subject. Please disregard my previous comment. That's for the web filtering thread.

'The “last logged in user” is reported when the client sends a computer status – currently that will only be sent when, for example, SAV sends a status. In other words, the client won’t send a status just because the logged in user changes.'

that would make sense as I can see the correct client (after about an hour later after I reported the issue)
