[8.950][ANSWERED] Can not confirm an alert

Hallo,
i have a problem by UTM9 with 8.950-12 a endpoint alert can not confirm.

When i klick ok the alert is the same.

    It seems that I am not able to acknowledge alerts. I click ok but the alert is still there

    Past update to 8.960 the problem is the same. I can not confirm more alerts.
