When connected and configured for the first time the RED Device worked like a charm. After 11 days online it suddenly lost the connection. Since then the status on the Firewall is "offline". I switched the device off and back on several times without success and yesterday even rebooted the mothership without success. Today I deleted the RED Configuration and reconfigured the device on the main firewall but that did not help either. Any ideas?
