I would suspect you have a policy error. Try disabling each policy one by one until the CPU drops, but make sure you wait a couple of minutes between each policy being disabled.

Hi,
This is for 1-2 min or it keep high for long time ? Please give me log file by below steps.
1. cp /log/awarrensmtp.log /tmp/data/awarrensmtp.log
2 . download log file using web GUI https://:4444/documents/awarrensmtp.log
7. rm -rf /tmp/data/awarrensmtp.log

It remains fixed at 100% until you restart.
awarrenhttp.log and not awarrensmtp.log?
