I am not sure when it began (9.305, 9.306 both have this, both noticed in FF35), but when I am using FF for the management interface, and click on the help icon, the help page opens but the content is blank. Chrome 40 works fine. I do not know if this problem existed in FF34 or not, but I figured I would mention it. I am only a home user, so I cannot open a ticket with support.
Nope. Restarted in safe mode, same thing. Just as a reference, I attached a snip of what I see. This is not a big deal, I can browse the help for what I need. It just doesn't automatically open the section I want to see when I click on help.
So I tried a lot of things (safe mode, extensions like ghostery, abp, etc. disabled) and could not get it to work. So, I disabled HTTPS-Everywhere and it reloaded the page fine. It then worked over several close/reopen firefox. I then turned it back on, same thing - worked fine. NO idea why even safe mode did not work, but anyhow it is working again. Sorry for the false alarm...weird.
