I have a domain name srv001.example.local in which I installed Exchange2010 with Astaro ASG120.
The users of this domain can send or recieve mails from outside but the problem is that user of this domain cannot send or recieve mails from outside their network like from their homes,picnic place etc.
so please could you help me how I configure Astaro MailArchiver with Astaro ASG120 so I can send or recieve email from outside. Also I configure all the option of Exchange 2010 https://support.astaro.com/support/index.php/Configuring_Microsoft_Exchange_2010_for_use_with_AMA but still I have problem.
So please can you help me in detail from I put the write option on Astaro Asg120 and in Astaro MailArchiver Software. Thank You I am waiting for your response.
