Ex 2010 / Mails coult not send to AMA

Hello,

i configured my Exchange-Server (2010, SP1) how it is described at the Getting Startet-Guide. I used the Shell and completed it with Power-Shell-Instruction:

"Set-Mailcontact "Astaro-Mailarchiv" -AcceptMessagesOnlyFromSendersOrMembers "Microsoft Exchange" -RequireSenderAuthenticationEnabled $true"

The problem is, that mails which should be send to the AMA (company@company.eu.archive.astaro.net) are in the Exchange-Queue with the error: "451 4.4.0 Primary target ip address responded with 421 4.2.1 unable to connect (...))

Are there any suggestions? Is there a guide for Exchange 2010?

Just for clarification:
You did not enter company@company.eu.archive.astaro.net, but replaced the word "company" with your company name? It's the one that you also see in the URL bar when accessing ama in the browser (something like https://yourcompanyname.eu.archive.astaro.net/).

Yes, i entered the correct mail-address and the correct archive!

It works.
I didn't recognize this hint: "Please note the following: If there is an Astaro Security Gateway in front of the Exchange server, whose SMTP proxy works in transparent mode, you need to add the customer hostname to the transparent mode skiplist."
