Outlook Plugin Config

I installed the AMA Outlook plugin but am getting an error.

Error: 12029 - A connection with the server could not be established.

I am not sure if I configured the plugin correctly since I found no documentation. I selected US for the zone since we are located in the US. I used our client name for the archive name. Is this correct? If not, how do I find our archive name?

Do you use any (transparent or non-transparent) proxy for https? Does the ama-gui work in your browser?

We use an ASG 425 running v8.002 with Active Directory SSO operation mode. Yes, I can get to the ama web gui from the same PC with no problem.

Try running "proxycfg -u" from the command line. This should copy your current proxy settings from Internet Explorer to registry.

We use a proxy script which proxycfg will not pull in however I used proxycfg a week or so ago to hardcode our proxy[:P]ort and exception list. This configuration was enough to make Windows Update work but it did not help with the AMA Outlook Plug-in.

I have opened a case with Techical Support to see if they have any quick answers but I am open to further suggestions.
