Is it possible to setup UTM software to protect a single machine?

Hello,
    I have a single machine (dedicated server) that wants to be protected with UTM free business edition.

    I am wondering if it is possible to set UTM up in a virtual instance and protect the machine with the following requirements.
    1. I got only 1 network card on the machine.
    2. This network card handles multiple (public/wan) IP address.

    Not everything is running virtualized, the machine is a Windows Server 2012 R2 DC where webapps and VMWare being run on.

    According to my service provider statement, they offer no firewall protection, all ports are open. Some firewall protection would be good for me.

    Here is some situations that I am trying to achieve:

    Situation 1:
    Webapps(IIS, On WS2012)  VMWare(UTM, Auto QoS) --> Internet

    Situation 3:
    VMWare(Other instances)  VMware(UTM, Firewall, Auto Qos)  Internet
    Other VM instance will have different IPs
