automatic updates for UTM9 Essential

Can somebody explain why my Essestial firewall edition is updating at all.
when checking the up2date section under management , it keeps telling me that no update is available.

At this moment the following version is installed.


Current firmware version:
9.002-12

Your firmware is up to date.

    Firmware Up2date is not icluded in the Essentials Edition. Only the patterns are updated automatically.

    The firmware updates have to be done manually by downloading and applying all up2date packages which are newer than your current running version...
