[ANSWERED] Micro-App Scanning

Micro Apps are part of application filter, we can't separate application filter and micro-app
but still we can achieve filtering / blocking of the same using DPI if Micro-app discovery is enabled.  

Below is the procedure:

1. Navigate to Object -> Policy -> Application Group
2. Click on add and give name, description.
3. Select Enable Micro App Discovery and template.
4. Click on Save.
5. Edit the policy which you have created using above step.
6. Click on add button then you will be able to add application filter policy rules.
7. Select individual application and search for facebook / gmail. - you will be able to see all the micro apps of facebook and gmail under window.
8. select your desired app and select action for these selected app, you can even apply schedule on it.
9. Click on save.
10. Apply this application filter to your security policy.

Application Filter Templates are default and you can't add any new application templates. but you can create no of application filter policies.

Note: 
to enable microapp classification globally use below command

Take ssh / telnet to appliance and select option no.4 to access device console.
system application_classification microapp-discovery on

We can enable MicroApp Discovery per application filter as well from GUI as mentioned in above step.
