it will be possible to remove email as required field for Clientless user and add traffic shaping policy directly when you create clientless user?
I do not think that email is so important (specially for server that do not require authentication). Also traffic shaping should be available when you create user. Now you have to create user > edit > assign traffic shaping policy.
