I tried the AP-10 and it turned my home network into a flawless network (read: my girlfriend didn't complain about "this s***y WLAN that always gets me disconnected from my favourite IRC channel")
However, I recently replaced the AP-10 with an AP-30 and as of tonight, but probably not directly related to the switch, the whole setup got rahter flanky (read: Inka has threatened physical violence if the WLAN doesn't get stable anymore and I fear that she'll turn this threat into reality).
I also updated to 7.507.
There are some rather strange-ish log lines that I found in the wireless.log, a lot of things like:
2010:08:12-23:56:30 192.168.0.216 kernel: [ 382.010000] 3e7, flush one!
2010:08:12-23:56:36 192.168.0.216 kernel: [ 388.140000] 587, flush one!
and especially when the network connection is unstable (constant connect/disconnect sequences):
2010:08:12-23:50:21 192.168.0.202 kernel: [ 12.390000] AP SETKEYS DONE - WPA2, AuthMode(7)=WPA2PSK, WepStatus(6)=AES, GroupWepStatus(6)=AES
2010:08:12-23:50:21 192.168.0.202 kernel: [ 12.390000]
but without any sign for a reboot first.
Network seems to be more stable as of now (added both APs to the network), but I'm still curious a) what the log lines mean and b) how these entries could be an explanation for the unstable network before and c) if this could help me to avoid that I've got beaten up by my significant other.
Other than that: great product, love it, thanks for the lot of effort you've put into that.
