When viewed through the Web Security proxy, this site doesn't display properly. No blockages or errors in the log. Exceptions do not fix. Workaround: Add to the transparent proxy skiplist.

This is a bug of the Webserver - it fails to deliver some files if the client doesn't send a 'Accept-Encoding' Header. I've notified the Webmaster about this issue. Note that this is nothing we can fix in our proxy.
