[7.500][BUG][OPEN] Network Usage Accounting

/Reporting/Network Usage/Accounting

wrong measurements / direction

I'm using the http proxy (standart mode) and accounting says, http 12.8GB OUT and
http-alt 12.8GB OUT but no IN ... I assume that http has to be IN because from the asg point of view this is the IN direction.
