Cron Task Scheduler restarting

Hi since updating to 7.5 I'm experiencing another problem:


Cron Task Scheduler not running - restarted

System Uptime      : 5 days 19 hours 17 minutes

System Load        : 1.45

System Version     : Astaro Security Gateway Appliance 7.500



Please refer to the manual for detailed instructions.

It happens about once or twice a day. For a short time it seems internet traffic is cut of (but this is just a feeling) and then I get this email telling me that it restarted the schedulter.
Any Ideas what could cause this?

Additionally I'm still having the "perl" bug described in the other thread.

We are having exactly the same situation...

Also since 7.5 - the Http caching growing to monster size of about 20GB and keep growing.

Are you a home users o commercial users.
The reason I'm asking is to see if it's happening also on small scale systems.
Mine is about 500 users.

Our system shows the same issue, 2xASG320 HA, about 300 users.

Goldy, Astaro tells us, that the HTTP proxy cache will use 1/4 of the disk size by default. Our ASG320 with 80 GB disk will use 20 GB for HTTP cache.

I'm using this on an approximately 100 user network including some web/email hosting services. (asg320)

it didn't happen for a couple of days now but today i received another notification about this problem. so it still exists.

To Copyrigh.
My mistake was looking at the numbers as GB and not %.
My HD is 146GB so the cache size is 35-40% of that - about 50GB
Any how, it comes to a point that we have no HTTP connections any more (We do have ping).

Hi, can you check the memory graphs and see if there is a correlation between memory usage and the restarts/http drops?
