[7.480][QUESTION][ANSWERED] 50 Licenses

Hello there...
When does the Astaro give us the new licences that supports more IP's? This beta testing is going for so long time...we deserve allready the upgrade to our licences...
By the way, what will be the connections limit number of that licence?

Patience my brother. Astaro has been fairly generous with their license give away during the last beta. Doesn't mean they are going to be just as generous this time (I am keeping my fingers crossed).

Last time around, the license was 50 users 32000 connections with everything enabled. More than generous even for a small business and I really appreciated every extra connection because torrents/p2p are running non stop at my house once again with no bottleneck at all[;)]

we will send arround the new liceses on the same day when we close the beta, which is with the GA release of the final 7.500 version.

It's been fun learning all this security stuff as I go. My home network is overly complicated since I have a vmware machine I am playing with, so I go through ip addresses like there is no tomorrow. I am certainly the unusual home user though.

Well, all I can say is thanks Astaro!! Great product and awesome home support. Try getting this kind of love from one of their ("Pro") competitors... you won't! (I am thinking of Barracuda here...but there are others) You can't even get their product for home use.

And the joke is that Barracuda is more-expensive for equivalent function and less-powerful overall... Astaro is the real "pro" in this.

Just curious if these should have been sent out already since 7.5 has been released or if this is referring to the public availability/big launch on October 1.

I'm assuming that the beta is still open as the 7.500 Beta Forum is still active and there are bugs still being reported.
