[7.395] Bug? Executive Report does not work with german WebAdmin

Just switched the language. As a native German speaker I see a few flaws in the German version *g*

For example on the one hand some terms as "Anti-Spyware" shouldn't be translated verbatim, if you asked me [;)]
On the other hand things like the "Apply"-Buttons should be translated...

There are some more things of this kind.

Another not only cosmetic error:

In "Protokollierung" / "Protokolldateien anzeigen", the second tab is called "Archivierte Direktionsberichte" while it should be "Archivierte Protokolldateien".
