Try to install 7.395 on Asus P3-P5G31 with Intel G31

I tried to install V 7.395 on a Asus P3-P5G31 with Intel G31 Chipset. The installation didnt start in normal mode. After booting kernel installation hangs. Classic Mode hangs after selecting the keyboard layout. Will there be any support for this chipset in the future, or what can i do?

Try this at the install command line.

default noapic acpi=off debug

then if it hangs see if you can do an Alt+F2 to pull up a shell, in there should be error logs, sorry I don't remember off hand where they are but will look in a few minutes here.
