Controlled Network in IM/P2P setting

Hi all
Before upgrading to 7.200 I was able to see all the IM source IP addresses which are not using the http proxy, now only those who are using the http proxy can be seen in the log, and in the setting of the IM/P2P I can't select the Controlled Networks (see the attachment)!, and the cpu usage is reaching 100% many times during the day (without changing any configuration).

any idea?

no I don't get emails like that, the IM/P2P classifier is running but I can't see users who don't use http proxy in the log
