Hi,
we archiv the mails completely. Today i add a new user at 8:00am in the AMA-Manager. After installing the Outlook-Plugin and enter the new users-data i cannot seen any mails (also not in the webportal) by using this new account.
30min later i can see all mails transfered sinse today at 8:00am. What about the mails since running the AMA-Service? With auditor-rights i can see it.
