during this week, we will implement an infrastructure change, as part of getting ready for the AMA GA.
Existing customers will be individually converted from the current infrastructure to the new one. New AMA Beta Testers are already using the new infrastructure and are not affected.
When the conversion is done, this thread will be un-stickied.
During the conversion, AMA continues to accept Email for archiving. However, access to old and newly archived Email will be incomplete, or impossible. The Web-GUI may show strange listings, such as missing From:/To: fields.
This disruption will only be noticeable to those customers, who have already archived several Emails (10,000+) and who regularly access their archive for reading. The conversion time depends on the number of archived Emails.
