[2.060][SCHEDULED] Can't add New Organization Unit

Hi

Not sure if this is a problem on how to use it or if it's a bug...

but trying to add New Organization Unit Name with only Unit Name set, and I get "The entered Unit Name already exists, please choose another one" ! [:)]

Hi,

this should normally work. Did you had an OU with the same name you are creating before?

If the problem still persist? If so can you please provide us with a login to the Gateway Manager and to ssh as root(acc-support@astaro.com), so that we can investigate.

Do you have an idea on how to reproduce the problem?

found the cause of the problem. Problem was that there where 2 OUs with the name Global. There was an error in 2.050 that left some stuff in the database when you created a new ou with a name that was already in use.

As a backup from 2.050 was imported into the updated acc the bug was there two.

You'll get 1 point for that.
