we decided against changing this behavior, because it could confuse customers who have more than one device but only a subset of those devices can be interconnected in a VPN. Some might find it awkward that they cannot press the create button then.

ok no problems, this is true that using ACC imply in having more than one device... so this is fine... u can close that one..
