Email Attachment Corruptions

After loading 17.5 beta we email attachments send and received could not be opened on either end due to corruption. This was tested and confirmed with .pdf and .xlsx files. 

We are processing both inbound and outbound messages through the XG. Mail is hosted via O365.

Reverting back to 17.1MR3 resolved the issue.

I could not do extensive troubleshooting and this was in production :) and the attachment caused too much interruption to business.
