FYI - 17.5 Beta 2
I recently installed a new 17.5-b2 VM and restored my config from 17.1.3. The install and restore went flawlessly. Once we were running on 17.5 we noticed some odd behavior with the firewall rules that use "During scheduled time" feature.
Our time zone is AST-4, and while the auto NTP (Use pre-defined NTP) was setting the time correctly on the device, the firewall rules (that use "During scheduled time" feature) were using GMT and not AST (-4). Changing ADMINISTRATION - TIME setting to not use NTP results in; If I change to the correct time manually (either via GUI or Console) the time automatically changes to -4 hrs based on my timezone. IE: setting the time to 9am, automatically changes it to 5am. If I change my timezone, say to -8, the time adjusts accordingly 9am to 1am.
As you can see in the attached image. I set the time manually to 9:29am, when I hit apply, the time changes to 5:29am. There is no way to set the time to the current time unless I set the timezone to GMT.
