Problems with activating the home license

Need following information to go into more details of the feedback. 

• In Wizard which option have you selected for licensing  ? Ex - [ 1 ] I have and existing Serial Number [ 2 ] I don't have serial number  etc..
• is your pc from where you are performing wizard has the internet connection ?

I solved the problem this morning.
Firefox seems to be causing registration problems, I used chrome and suddenly the registration went.
