SMTP auth

Question

Hello, 
 
 I do not see this release resolved the SMTP auth... Can you tell me if it is possible to use SMTP auth in the same way we did it in UTM in 17.5 ?

Hello, 
 Auth is still not supported in XG MTA. 
 
 In current release recipient verification is expanded to include look up using AD (earlier a supported method was callout).

You could setup LDAP for recipient verification (verify user before it reach to mailserver) not for actual authentication.
