Issues during installation

Hi folks,

I have installed the software version  of 17.5.

First issue - the disk formatting stuck until I power cycled the XG and started the installation again.

Second issue - the restore from backup did not recognise the backup file and would not load it.

Third issue - currently can't log into the GUI.  I will wait until all the updates have downloaded and try again.

Otherwise going okay so far.

All updates have completed and I now have access to the GUI.

    We had a problem installing with the .ISO file, the installation always failed at 80%

    To make work we had to update another virtual machine that was in 17.1.3 with the .GPG file

    We noticed that almost all patterns can not be downloaded and installed, does anyone else have this problem?
