It looks like that Wildcard does not work für ssl/tsl encryption. Can someone confirm this.
It works fine for example office.microsoft.com but not for *.microsoft.com

What do you mean? Which field/object? If you are talking about URL Groups, which are used to define websites in SSL/TLS encryption rules, there is an implicit left side wildcard. It says so in the UI. The widget will not allow you to enter in a * character.
