Could you post a screenshot of your Memory usage? 

but don't forget the log message: Firware Installation failed because of Appliance version mismatch

If you reboot the appliance, does it work? 

Because i assume, on 17:15 you tried it? 

I rebooted and I still have the same issue.

On 17:15 what I did is stop the AV engine try to install the update and enable it again, just in case it was a lack the memory avaiable, but didn't work either.

The memory usage doesn't even change when I try, I think it fails a the very begining. Maybe they haven't uploaded the proper versión to update from a KVM image.

can you post the md5 of the file you downloaded please?

on linux the md5 command should do that for you

Also doesn't work with the .sig file from the v18 EAP Page.
