High swap usage on XG125 v18 EAP3 prevented install of EAP3 Refresh

Not a question, but just a note for the next tired soul.

The XG125 had been running nicely since EAP3 release, at a low use office 1-5 users.

Tried updating firmware to EAP3-Refresh1, and was returning:

2020-01-21 03:43:47SYSTEMmessageid="17512" log_type="Event" log_component="Appliance" log_subtype="System" status="" user="" src_ip="" additional_information="" message="Firware Installation failed because the firmware that you have uploaded is not a valid firmware"

Found history over the past few days of full swap use:

2020-01-21 03:51:51SYSTEMmessageid="17809" log_type="Event" log_component="Appliance" log_subtype="System" additional_information="usage='98%' threshold='95%' " message="SWAP memory Usage reached 98% exceeding the threshold of 95%"

A reboot cleared the swap, and allowed the update.
