SSL/TLS inspection feature stoped working v 18EAP3

Hi,

I do not why and when but after some time of my SAFOS v18 EAP3 testing SSL/TLS inspection feature stoped working. It is on and set on firewall rule, but when I check used certificate in web browser it is original certificate not Sophos XG generated certificate. How can I find out where the error is? Sophos XG SSL/TLS configuration looks good. Some log or status from CLI?

Hi Rana Sharma,

what did you mean by "PM"? I haven't got anything yet.

If you mean the SFOS v18 Administration guide, it has not helped me in your online version yet. I need some troubleshooting guide for SSL/TLS inspection.
