BUG - IPv6 VLANs and clientless users

What feature is impacted? IPV6

What is the severity of the issue? (High, medium, low, minimal) medium

Summary of the issues:

When IPv6 clientless users are implemented over VLANs the device fails test IPV6 site. Remove match known clientless users and the issue is no longer present.

Observed behavior (What it did or didn’t do):

Desired behaviour (How is it expected to or should behave):

The test setup should allow VLAN devices in a clientless group to pass IPv6 testing.

How do we reproduce it (Provide instructions to help us reproduce the behavior):

I have setup a VLAN connection and a normal connection on different network interfaces

I have created a clientless user group for the IPv6 devices. Two separate devices on two seperate IPv6 address ranges (/64)

When using clientless match known users the device on the normal LAN passes the Test IPV6 test suite while the device on the VLAN does not. Both are using the same firewall rules.

Other (Any other detail that we need to know about): There appears to a be further bug in defining VLANs in the source network field also fails the test.

Further testing indicates that the section of ANY in match users also fails.
