Hi
I am doing vulnerability scans and the CPU peaks to 90 - 95 % when doing a port scan.
Saw this specific to port 5060 but others also.

Jerco

What are you using port 5060 for?

Port 5060 is often related to an IP Phone ... SIP Protocol. Same for 5061.

Hi Paul,
yes, I realise that use and suspect that the XG has active connections which the scan is causing confusion with.

Hi guys,
I am using a nessus scan to scan the hosts and all ports of my network for vulnerabilities.
With version 17.5 there was no issue and now with the EAP the CPU spikes always when the scan is running.
ps I am not running anything on port 5060 :)
Best regards,
Jerco
