BUG - Cannot Demote User Once Set as Administrator

Decided to try out the new ability to give users Admin rights on the firewall by changing my AD linked user type to Administrator and selecting the Administrator profile. This had worked until I added One-time password to the same account. Now I can no longer sign onto the Admin portal as that user with OTP either enabled or disabled. There is also no way to turn this user back into a regular user and then back to administrator, the User button is greyed out. Also tried creating a new regular (non-AD) user and setting him as Admin user, cannot demote him either.
