  • Seems like your Appliance did not apply the Update.

    Can you boot with Refresh1?

Thats quite normal, if you are not booted with the current Version, that its shown as "Ready to Download".

  • Currently installing the update.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email notification of the new version. I haven't seen one of those for a long time.

  • Hello Lucar Toni,

normal, really? The Refresh1 is installed to the system and prepared for booting. Why download it again?

It seems very illogical to me.

  • It simply checks your current build running on the system (which is EAP1) and ignores the build sitting on the other slot.

Thats because you never know, how old this is.

Do not forget, everything, you actually doing on your current slot, is not migrated to your second slot.

Only if you actually migrate / update the build, it will be taken over.

So in Case you want to be sure, the last changes should be migrated to the next version, simply redownload and re apply the newest build.

For Example: You applied V18 GA on second slot but actually never booted from it or you booted but something went wrong, so you had to revered back to V17.5.

Now you are working on V17.5 for couple of Days (creating stuff etc.) and you want to perform another try. You would reapply V18 and the wizard gives you the opportunity to do so.
