SSL VPN - Where to download config? Which clients are supported?

Question

I noticed the v18 user portals no longer have the SSL VPN config available for download. Is that by design? Also, which SSL VPN clients are supported?

 Thanks for the feedback.Following are the steps for the same. 
 Step1 
 
 Log in to SF Web Admin Console go to Configure -> VPN -> SSLVPN(remote access) 
 Please add SSLVPN(remote access) connection including respected user 
 
 Step2 
 
 Log in through user portal which has added in SSLVPN(remote access) 
 You will get the option download client and configuration
