Linkedin does not open at all.
There are three different approaches to exclude this traffic.
1. Web Exception in Web Proxy.
2. SSLx Rule above to not decrypt this Page.
3. Application / URL List to not decrypt this page.
Did you try all three and still no success?
As RichBaldry mentioned in the other topic: Exception based on SAC (synchronized App control) does not work right now. The Categorization of the Apps is not correct.

LuCar Toni with Safari, Linkedin is working. With FF, does not.
Hi,
We expect that LinkedIn should work. Can you confirm that you only see this behavior with FireFox and Mac? If so, please provide the version # of Firefox and MacOS so that we can look into this further. Also, our QE team may reach out to you for additional logs.
I just tested LinkedIn successfully with Windows 10, FireFox 69.0.2 and 69.0.3.
I tried with both FF 69.0.2 and 69.0.3. The only website that is not opening is linkedin. Also, with proxy, internet surfing is faster. It is strange!
Short (maybe strange question), does your FF already using DNS over HTTPs/TLS? FF enabled this feature already. Maybe your client cannot resolve the IP of Linkedin?

All pages in your Firefox are using the XG CA?
Can you share a screenshot of the Page?
Do you have another Client with Firefox (Windows)?

Lucar,
DNS over HTTPS is disabled. I am trying all possible website I use, only Linkedin does not work.
Even surfing is slower compared to web proxy. This is strange!
