To understand this better, please share your inputs on below
- Have you upgraded existing iView v2 to iView v3 or setup a deployed a new instance for iView v3 beta
- If a new instance of iView v3 beta, can you verify the Syslog settings once on the SFOS and UTM, and if the devices are added with correct device type
Sorry for informing you all so late, currently iView v3beta can display the record data, but in my opinion longer than iview 2. I waited 1 hour more for the record data and finally I restart it.
