Internal Server Error, can not access web-admin after upgrade from SFOS 17.0.1 MR-1 to SFOS 17.0.2 MR-2

Hello every one,

I have a sophos XG home

Yesterday I can't access webadmin page after upgrade to the latest firmware, so in the below the error message i get it

(Internal Server Error)

So any one ca help me to resolve this issue

Hi,

there are a couple of other posts along similar lines. Did you do a fresh install or upgrade from the downloaded file from Sophos in the XG?

I am interested because I am contemplating a rebuild and new configuration.

I have upgrade it from current installed version to the latest after that I can not access webadmin page, So any suggestions?

Any advice about this issue because the only way to working probably is rolling back to previous firmware, Now i can't upgrade my box

If you can log in to the SSH shell, then under advanced shell you can do a reboot -f

We did this when we had the GUI issues with 17.0.1 and got the GUI back. Otherwise log a ticket and support can rebuild the GUI database (as log as you can get SSH access).
