httpproxy mit hoher Auslastung

Hallo zusammen,

seit heute morgen leuft unsere Sophos mit 96% Auslastung. Usprung ist wohl der httpproxy und hier zeigen die Logs fogende Einträge:

Hat jemand eine Idee wie ich diesem Fehler auf die Spur kommen kann bzw. das Problem lösen kann.

Bis dato sieht es so aus das ein Stop/Start des httpproxy dienstes zumindest die CPU Last auf Normal reduziert. Die Ursache ist damit aber wohl nicht gefunden.

Ich hatte hier das letzte Update am Wochenende installiert und seit diesem Zeitpunkt ist der Fehler bemerkt worden.

Laut anderen Forenbeiträgen aus älteren Versionen ist dieser Fehler bereits bei anderen auch vorgekommen und wurde durch ein Update bzw. restart httpsproy behoben.

Hoffe hier kann sich jemand vom Support mal das ganze anschauen.

Hallo,

tritt das Problem weiterhin auf?

In der Community ist der Sophos Support offiziell nicht vertreten.

Daher bitte dieses Thema über den standardisieren Prozess Weg an Sophos herantragen.

Ja das Problem besteht nach wie vor und wird sich ohne Update auch nicht ausflösen.

Was den Support angeht da muss ich passen, haben zwar ein haufen Geld für die Sophos bezahlt aber Support ist leider bis dato Fehlanzeige.

Also, laut unserem Dienstleister ist dieses Porblem wohl ein Offizieller BUG ... Sophos ist dran.

Zu der BUG ID, die wir bekommen haben finde ich jedoch leider nichts, von daher abwarten und Tee trinken ... (leider).

Wie reproduziert Ihr das? Ich würde das gerne mal provozieren.

Bei uns ist allerdings eine SG550 im Einsatz, wo das vlt. nicht so auffällt.

Mit Hilfe eines größeren Downloads 50 MB+ z.B. ISOs, ZIPs,... Dateityp war meine ich egal. Bei uns isses bei Eclipse aufgefallen.

Seit diesem Update ist die CPU Auslastung wieder im Normalen Bereich.

Für mich ist damit das Problem gelöst

seit ca. 2 Tagen sehe ich wieder ein ähnliches Verhalten so das die CPU Auslastung konstant bei ca. 50% liegt. Das abschalten des Virenscanners bringt "Augenscheinlich" ein wenig Linderung.

Kann dies evtl. jemand bestätigen?
