When I turn on HTTP scanning Kaspersky and Microsoft download fail

When HTTP Scan is enabled Kaspersky is unable to download Updates. Same with Microsoft WSUS and ISO Download with Microsoft Media Creation Tool.

Log shows the traffic as allowed but downloads fail with http scanning enabled.
