connection to internet blocked by policy

I am trying to upload content to a wordpress site from my mac and the data transfer hangs.  I see that something was dropped with a signature ID of 1100017

I can't figure out what this ID means.  Can any one shed some light on the meaning of this?  Any help would be greatly appreciated..

    John,

    signature ID means there is an IPS rule that is blocking your traffic. Make sure traffic is clean and no malware are inside.

    If you are ensure about the traffic, go to your LAN to WAN Policy rule and remove the IPS policy (this is a workaround). The best way is to clone the current IPS rule you are using and the moment and remove the signature ID that is blocking your traffic.

    At the moment it is not possible to edit the pre-defined IPS rules.
