Sichere Verbindung zweier Standorte (mit/ohne) VPN

Hallo zusammen,

nach einigen erfolglosen Selbstversuchen versuche ich mal hier mein Glück.
Ich habe zwei Standorte, an beiden steht jeweils eine UTM 320 und 425.
Dazwischen wird es eine dedizierte, gemietete Leitung (kein Internet) geben.
Ich benötige auf beiden Seiten die gleichen Netze. Normales VPN ist ja wegen den gleichen Netzen auf beiden nicht (so einfach oder gar nicht) möglich.
Gibt es noch andere Wege zwischen den beiden UTM's eine sicherer Verbindung aufzubauen? Oder doch VPN mit spezieller Konfiguration???

I have done this before exactly because the same subnet was needed in both locations. We used a RED tunnel between the two UTMs and bridged the needed subnet. This works as K.N. suggests because RED is almost layer-2, so ARP requests transit the tunnel.
