Endpoint Protection Status

Hallo Zusammen,

Ich stellte gerade fest, dass beim Endpoint Protection Status nicht alle Geräte online angezeigt werden.

Obwohl alle Geräte online sind und auch ins Internet kommen. Die Sophos Endpoint Software auf den einzelnen Geräten zeigen, dass die Updates alle aktuell sind.

Was ist hier genau falsch? Muss ich hier noch etwas konfigurieren?
