412 VPN Cisco

Hallo zusammen,
Ich habe bei mir in der Firma bei ASG 220 V8.303 den Fernzugriff->Cisco VPN Client aufgemacht.
Wenn ich jetzt connecten will - kommt beim Cisco FM - Reason 412 Connection terminated locally by the client.
Was mache ich falsch?
