HA Active-Passiv auf beide ASG auf ESX4.1 Server

Kann auf meinem ESX4.1 Server keine HA Configuration aktivieren
beim Hochfahren der Slave ASG bekomme ich immer folgende Meldung
im Live Log:

ha" name="Access granted to remote node 2!"
"Notification from 2: MTU error on HA interface! Shutting down in five minutes..." danch fährt die ASG2 wieder runter.

Habe im ESX schon mal die MTU am VSwitch, auf 2000 raufgesetzt, brachte keinen Erfolg. Auch das Binden an eine NIC, gestezt auf 100 Mbit Full brachte keinen Erfolg. Was kann sein.
